All our feed mill plants, from the most compact to the most complex, are designed with a high level of automation and are fully integrated with centralized control systems based on latest-generation industrial PLCs.

The heart of the plant is the programmable logic controller (PLC), which efficiently manages all stages of the production process: from receiving raw materials to dosing, mixing, granulating and bagging the finished feed. Supervisory control software (SCADA) allows the monitoring of every single plant component in real time, ensuring maximum operational accuracy, traceability and safety.

An extensive network of digital and analog sensors strategically placed along the production line monitors every critical parameter (such as temperature, moisture, level, weight and energy consumption) and continuously transmits them to the central control system. This makes it possible to take action promptly in case of irregularities, optimize consumption and improve overall plant efficiency.
