Hammer Mill MV 24

Hammer Mill MV 24

The hammer mill is a machine that has a rigid base adapted to support the moving masses of which is available.

On the structure, welded sections, which the seats for the media that support the electric motor connected to the axis by means of V-belt drive.
The case supported by the crankcase is constituted by a central body made of thick sheet metal that constitutes the lower part of the grinding chamber and the seat fixing of the supports to double body axis of the cast iron rotor which is balanced to ensure the perfect axiality of rotation.
The crushing of the product is realized by means of a series of hammers (heat-treated) hinged on a hardened plug mounted on the perforated discs that go so to compose the rotor.
The shaft, coupled to the electric motor via a transmission belts of trapezoidal cross-section and a series of pulleys, drags in rotation the group of hammers.
The ground product is intercepted by the grids supported by the frame with chain tensioner and hinges.
The frame is supported by two interconnecting rings.
The articulation of the same on the box is by means of a pin and the voltage is adjustable with an eccentric lever and an adjusting nut.
In the mouth of the inlet for the grinding product is a magnetic floor to prevent the entry into the grinding chamber of ferrous bodies.
