CIMAS achieves MOCA certification: safe and compliant storage for the food industry

We are proud to announce that CIMAS has obtained MOCA (Materials and Objects in Contact with Food) certification, an achievement that further strengthens our commitment to quality, safety and regulatory compliance in the agri-food sector.

This important certification attests that our storage facilities are designed and manufactured in accordance with the requirements of EC Regulation 1935/2004 and current national regulations for materials intended to come into contact with food, both for human and animal consumption.

In particular, our MOCA silos and storage systems are designed to guarantee

• no contamination between stored material and contact surfaces,
• complete traceability of the materials used,
• food safety and suitability for each stage of the production process.

Thanks to MOCA certification, CIMAS is now able to offer specific solutions for the entire agri-food chain, with particular reference to:

• cereal processing plants,
• storage facilities for raw materials intended for human consumption.
