A 12.000 ton grain storage plant for a leading national milling operator is currently in the final installation phase. The facility, composed of 12 cells of 1,000 tons each, represents the first fully MOCA-certified plant developed by Cimas Group.
Designed according to MOCA standards, the plant ensures maximum food safety across the entire supply chain through food-contact compliant materials, specific surface finishes, and engineering solutions focused on hygiene, traceability, and ease of cleaning.
The structure is built in Magnelis ZM310 steel, offering superior corrosion resistance, enhanced durability, and reduced lifecycle maintenance costs. The self-supporting internal cone, free of structural supports, eliminates stagnation areas and improves product flow, ensuring the highest hygiene standards.
This project is part of the Group’s ongoing certification path, including EN ISO 9001, EN ISO 14001, EN ISO 45001, and EN 1090, confirming a strong commitment to quality, safety, and structural reliability.
